When in Valencia – EAT! #paellavalenciana
The player loads from YouTube only when you press play.
Valencian food has its own identity separate from the rest of Spain, paella first among equals here since this is where the dish actually originated, but the rest of the table matters just as much, blistered pimientos, sweet torrijas, a bracing shot of cremaet coffee to finish. We tried to capture a cross section of it in one short clip rather than focusing on any single dish. Eating your way through Valencia properly takes patience and, honestly, a fairly serious appetite.
