Mountains and lakes are mostly a Swiss affair on this blog. Around Lucerne we ride two gondolas up to the Pilatus summit, hear an alphorn at Bannalp and look down on Lake Lucerne from more viewpoints than is strictly necessary, while Montreux gives us Lake Geneva.
