A new rooftop bar opened in Valencia right at one of the city’s old medieval gates, the kind of location that turns an ordinary drink into something with an actual view worth lingering over, stone towers rising just beside the terrace as the evening settles in. We filmed the space as the lights came on, curious how a modern bar concept would sit against architecture this old. The contrast worked better than we expected going in.
