A new favorite bodega in Valencia has quickly become a regular stop, the kind of small, unfussy spot built around good wine, simple tapas, and thin cut slices of ham arranged the way only a place that takes it seriously actually bothers to. We filmed the counter and the ham being sliced, the whole atmosphere feeling more like a neighborhood institution than a place we only recently discovered. Some finds just settle into the regular rotation immediately.
