Deutsche Autobahn Near Frankfurt #autobahn

Cars on the Autobahn near Frankfurt move at a pace that makes filming from the roadside oddly hypnotic, headlights and taillights blurring into streaks as vehicles pass in seconds rather than the slower rhythm most highways settle into. We sped the footage up slightly for effect, though honestly the real speed out there barely needed the help. Watching traffic move like this makes clear why the stretch has such a reputation, well beyond just the absence of a universal speed limit.
