Albarracin – Spain’s Most Beautiful Town? #travel
The player loads from YouTube only when you press play.
Albarracín gets called Spain’s most beautiful town often enough that we went in skeptical, expecting the claim to be more marketing than reality, and came away largely convinced it might actually be true, at least among everywhere we have visited in the country so far. Its reddish stone houses cling to a steep hillside above a river gorge, streets narrow enough that opposite balconies nearly touch overhead in places. We filmed it at the hour when that reddish stone catches the most color from the light.
