Our drone had been sitting idle since Lisbon, more than six months earlier, so we brought it out again on Crete for a test run near the Topolia Gorge and the town of Kissamos, getting reacquainted with the controls before putting it to real use. It’s just a taste of what’s coming, but it gave us a chance to see this stretch of Crete’s northwest coast, gorge and coastline together, from a completely different angle.
