Noodle Pulling at the Loong Mala Hotpot Restaurant in #bangkok

At the Loong Mala Hotpot Restaurant inside a Bangkok mall, the noodle preparation turns into a small performance on its own, a cook stretching and swinging a rope of dough overhead in a rhythmic motion until it thins out into actual noodles right in front of the table. We filmed the whole routine, more entertained by the technique than by anything else on the menu. The food was good, but the noodle pulling was genuinely the reason we kept our phones out the whole time.
