New Ramen Place in Valencia. Super Cute

Good ramen has been genuinely hard to find since we left Japan after spending an extended stretch living in Tokyo, where we ate it constantly and apparently set a standard that most places elsewhere have struggled to match since. A new ramen restaurant opening in Valencia gave us real hope, small and unpretentious in a way that felt promising rather than overdesigned. We filmed the space before even ordering, cautiously optimistic based on the setup alone.
