This was our last street level Mascletà of Fallas 2021, the festival winding down toward its final act with La Cremà still ahead of us. Standing in the crowd for this particular round felt different knowing it was the last daytime firework of the whole event, the rhythm and buildup carrying an extra weight simply because of the timing. We filmed it fully aware that everything after this point would be about fire rather than sound.
