Good morning Springfield, Ohio

Mist rose slowly off Buck Creek in Springfield on a cool fall morning, thick enough near the water’s surface that the trees on the far bank blurred into soft outlines rather than sharp shapes. We filmed it right as the light was coming up, the whole scene moving at the unhurried pace mist tends to have before the sun burns it off completely. Mornings like this one rarely last more than twenty minutes before the effect disappears entirely.
