A Walk Through Frank Lloyd Wright’s Westcott House in Springfield, Ohio

After sixteen years of visiting Springfield, we finally got around to touring the Westcott House, a genuine Frank Lloyd Wright design tucked into an otherwise ordinary Ohio neighborhood. We had known it was there the whole time, but somehow it kept slipping down the list until this trip. Walking through it, we learned about the house’s rocky history along the way, and got a close look at the kind of meticulous interior details that make Wright’s work instantly recognizable.
