Terremoto is our nickname for the mascletà that follows right after the Despertà, and it lives up to it: fast, violent, and over almost before you’ve processed what happened. Because the crowds are thinner at this hour, we could stand right up front for the first time, close enough to feel it in our chests. This was also the first time we recorded the audio separately with a Zoom H1n microphone, and the difference in sound quality is obvious.
