We finally arrived at the last night of Fallas 2021, when every figure we’d spent four days admiring gets burned to the ground, and for the first time we made a point of watching the smaller Infantil figures go up too, at Almirante Cadarso and Maestro Gozalbo. It turned out to be just as fun as watching the big monuments burn, maybe more so, given how much less crowded those spots tend to be. We’re already planning to make it a regular stop in future years.
