Night Walk in Teruel + Mudejar Architecture Towers #shorts #teruel
The player loads from YouTube only when you press play.
Teruel at night reveals its Mudejar architecture differently than daylight does, the towers lit from below in a way that makes their brickwork patterns stand out sharper against the dark sky behind them. Four of these towers carry UNESCO recognition for the style, a distinctive blend of Islamic and Christian building traditions found almost nowhere else at this concentration. We walked the old streets slowly after dark, looking up more than usual, the towers doing most of the work of holding our attention.
