Kuala Lumpur Kebabs

A food stall in Kuala Lumpur had kebabs stacked and turning on a spit that were noticeably larger than the versions we have seen almost anywhere else, layers of meat built up thick enough that carving into them took real effort from the vendor. We filmed the slow rotation and the shaving process purely because of the scale of it, impressive in a way that had nothing to do with subtlety. Sometimes the most memorable street food moments are simply about size.
