Finestrat sits in the mountains of Alicante, close enough to the coast that you can hike in cooler air and still reach a beach the same day, which made it an easy summer escape from Valencia’s heat. This drone footage follows part of our hike around Mount Puig Campana, catching the scale of the peak and the town spread out below it. It’s proof that you don’t have to choose between mountains and sea in this part of Spain.
