A Walk Through Valencia’s L’Horta Nord #hiking

We took the metro out to Alboraya and within a few stops found ourselves walking through L’Horta Nord, the farmland that has fed Valencia for centuries. The shift from city to fields happens fast here, more abruptly than we expected, with irrigation channels and vegetable plots starting almost right where the apartment blocks end. It is a side of Valencia most visitors never think to look for.
