Whitstable is famous for its oysters, so when we found out you could take a proper tour of the oyster farm, we signed up right away. This one is shot with the drone, looking down at the wooden trestles set out just off the coast where the oysters are actually grown. Almost all of England’s coastline belongs to the crown, but thanks to an old royal charter, the waters here belong to the oyster company instead, which is part of why the operation still exists.
