A Homage to the Macro Despertà – Fallas in Valencia

We moved to Valencia ten years ago and settled into an apartment just off Calle la Paz, arriving in mid-February without much idea of what we were in for. It was the Macro Despertà, this same deafening firecracker parade waking the whole city before dawn, that made us fall in love with the place almost instantly. This video is our small tribute to the event that, more than anything else, is responsible for us still being here.
