Teruel

After years in Valencia we finally made the easy trip to Teruel, Spain, and turned it into a tour of the province. We climbed the Torre del Salvador and visited the Provincial Museum; in Albarracín we walked the walls of the red-ochre medieval town, followed the Guadalaviar through its canyon and reached the ruined castle. The last stop was Pinares de Rodeno: cave paintings, red sandstone formations and a hidden Roman aqueduct.
