Catalonia

Our Catalonia stories come from one road trip: we rented a car in Valencia and drove to Lleida for two nights in a beautifully restored 17th-century Parador convent. From there we climbed up to La Seu Vella, the Catalan city’s main attraction, and we also made a pitstop in Guimerà, a medieval town in Spain so well preserved it feels like being transported into the Middle Ages.
