First Day in the New York City – From Valencia via Istanbul – Taking the Airtrain from JFK

This was the first time we made the trip together to see family in the US, flying from Valencia to JFK with a stopover in Istanbul on Turkish Airlines. We wished we’d had more time to explore that layover, since the lounge alone looked worth a much longer visit, but we made it work with what we had. From JFK, the AirTrain got us into the city to officially kick off the trip.
