Brookland – Cool Neighborhood in Washington DC

A month-long house-sit gave us time to really get to know Brookland, a DC neighborhood just a few Metro stops from downtown but with its own distinct identity: strong sense of community, unusual architecture, and a handful of good bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.
