Historic Clifton Mill in Ohio – Visited not during Christmas

We visit family in Ohio most years, but this trip gave us an excuse to see Clifton Mill somewhere we hadn’t before: outside the holiday season. Mike’s mom took us for lunch at the mill’s restaurant, and without the four million Christmas lights we’d later come back for, it’s a genuinely pretty spot on its own, all wooden waterwheels and rushing water. We’re already planning a return visit when the lights are actually up.
