The Airtrain connecting JFK Airport to Jamaica Station runs quickly and simply enough that it barely registers as a transit system worth mentioning, gliding over the airport grounds before dropping passengers directly into the wider New York subway network. We filmed the short ride, glad for how straightforward it made the transfer compared to some airport connections elsewhere. Sometimes the best transit experience is simply one that does not require any extra thought.
