Our first Mascletà of Fallas 2021 came from Pirotecnia Zaragozana, one of nineteen separate shows scheduled across just five days that year, and after a long stretch without this tradition it felt like exactly the reintroduction we needed. We filmed the full sequence, the finale landing with enough force that the ground genuinely seemed to shift under the crowd. Nineteen shows in five days is an intense pace, even by Fallas standards.
