This flight from Zurich to Athens gave us another one of those rare strokes of luck – clear skies, a window seat, and a flight path that took us right over some incredible scenery, including a good look at Venice from above. It followed on from an earlier flight where we had marveled at spotting the City of Arts and Sciences, and even our own apartment, on the way out of Valencia. Two flights in a row with views this good felt like we were pushing our luck.
