We spent a full day wandering Cholon, Saigon’s Chinatown, drawn in by its reputation as one of the city’s most visited districts. It was a decent day out, plenty to see and photograph, but if we’re being honest, it never became one of our favorite neighborhoods in the city. Sometimes a place is worth visiting once without becoming somewhere you’d rush back to.
