Finally visiting Benimantell and Guadalest - It's hard to believe that we had lived for twelve years in the Valencian Community, without ever having explored the mountain range behind Benidorm, in the province of Alicante.
The pandemic’s restrictions on travel obviously haven’t been a lot of fun, but there have been some good aspects. Mike and I spend a huge amount of time on the road, so usually, when we’re back home in Valencia, all we want to do is stay in one place.
When the pandemic started early this year, I don't think anyone expected it to last until Christmas. But unless Santa is squeezing down our chimneys with a bag full of syringes, we're going to have to deal with this strange new world for a while longer.
